Who is our offer addressed to?
We invite beekeeping and macro photography enthusiasts
Our offer is aimed at beekeeping enthusiasts who want to take extraordinary photos of insects. We will introduce you to the secrets of macro photography, both with professional equipment and with a smartphone using additional lenses. We will prove that you don't need expensive equipment to take your hobby to the next level.
We also welcome people interested in macro photography who don’t plan to engage in beekeeping.
If you belong to this group, you’ll have the opportunity to use our facilities and improve your skills under the guidance of a specialist. Our apiary, located right next to our studio, is home to about a million bees and features many nectar-bearing plants. Photographing them will certainly bring you joy and satisfaction.
What makes us stand out?
Special technical facilities
We teach two types of macro photography: outdoor and studio. Our environment is designed to benefit the bees. Our apiary includes water feeders, a pond, and various types of beehives where you can photograph bees in natural lighting. A frame covered with bees can be photographed not only directly in a hive but also in our studio. There, you will find professional equipment (such as tripods, sliders, reflectors, and studio lamps) and props (such as plant arrangements and various backgrounds).
Our studio is also equipped for filming bees in slow motion. This technique allows you to see details and movements that are normally invisible. Do you want to film bees in flight or observe how a varroa mite transfers from a flower to a bee? You’ll definitely be able to do that here. We’ve even trained our bees to visit the macro photography station, where they behave like professional models.
We will be delighted if you decide to use our facilities and experience. Feel free to visit our Instagram page to see how fascinating and inspiring bees look in a close-up.
