GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Provisions

This section sets out the general rules for the issuance and use of the Gift Voucher of the Polish Beekeeping Company (Polska Kompania Pszczelarska).

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Terms and Conditions – this document;
• Issuer – Anna Konieczny-Bielak, conducting business activity under the name Polska Kompania Pszczelarska Anna Konieczny-Bielak

• User – the holder of the Gift Voucher who uses it to purchase Goods from the Seller’s Store;
• Purchaser – a person who receives a Gift Voucher from the Issuer of a specified nominal value in PLN in exchange for providing the Issuer with funds of an equivalent amount in PLN;
• Client – a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality but with legal capacity, having residence or registered office in the Republic of Poland;
• Consumer – a Client who is a natural person acting for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity;
• Individual Entrepreneur (Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights) – a natural person who enters into an agreement with the Seller directly related to their business activity but not of a professional nature for that entrepreneur;
• Store – the Seller’s online store available at: https://pkp.edu.pl/;
• Gift Voucher – a document in paper or electronic form (an alphanumeric code) issued by the Issuer, entitling its holder to make purchases in the Store up to the nominal value indicated on the voucher;
• Goods – products, courses, and services offered for sale in the Store (including delivery costs), excluding Gift Vouchers;
• Nominal Value – the monetary value selected by the Purchaser from among available variants specified by the Issuer.

2. Rules for Purchasing and Issuing the Gift Voucher

1. Gift Vouchers may be purchased in the Online Store under the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions.
2. The purchase price of a Gift Voucher is equal to its nominal value.
3. After payment, the Gift Voucher is delivered to the Purchaser electronically (PDF or code) or physically for the paper version, to the address provided by the Client.
4. The purchase of a Gift Voucher is not subject to VAT at the time of purchase – VAT is charged only when the Voucher is redeemed for Goods.

3. Rules for Redeeming the Gift Voucher

1. The Gift Voucher entitles the User to make purchases in the Store up to its nominal value.
2. To redeem the Gift Voucher, the User must enter the unique voucher code in the appropriate field during checkout.
3. The value of the order will be reduced by the amount assigned to the Gift Voucher.
4. If the order value exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid using an available payment method.
5. If the order value is lower – the unused balance remains available for future use, provided the voucher allows multiple use.
6. The Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase another Gift Voucher.
7. The Purchaser and User must inform any subsequent User to whom they transfer the voucher of the following:
   • the Gift Voucher may be redeemed only in the Store,
   • it cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded,
   • it has a defined validity period,
   • it is not a payment instrument or electronic money.
8. If any provision conflicts with the law, applicable legal regulations shall prevail.
9. In all matters not regulated herein, the Store’s Terms & Conditions and Polish law apply.

4. Validity Period

1. The Gift Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The validity period is stated in the e-mail containing the voucher.
2. After the expiry date, the Voucher becomes invalid and cannot be used.
3. Any unused balance after expiry is non-refundable.

5. Returns and Complaints

1. The purchase of a Gift Voucher does not constitute the purchase of a product or service – therefore the Consumer’s right of withdrawal does not apply once the voucher has been redeemed.
2. Before redeeming, the Consumer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, provided the voucher has not been used.

These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 31 October 2025.
