We run ecological demonstration apiaries nestled between two mountain ranges in Małopolska, nearby Cracow. We are surrounded by numerous forests, meadows, and fields, which we cultivate together with local farmers. A nearby manor park is a home to over 130 years old trees, such as lindens and chestnuts. Nearly 40 years ago, our parents established the first apiary in Toporzysko. At that time, they planted many nectar-bearing plants in the area.
All of this ensures that our bees are safe and have access to diverse and natural food sources. This results in high-quality honey, pollen, and bee bread. The propolis from our forest apiary is exceptionally pure, and our customers and friends praise its health benefits.
We promote
sustainable beekeeping
We do not focus on harvesting record amounts of honey, although of course it is available in our online store, along with the equipment and beekeeping tools we`ve designed.
Our main goal is to promote knowledge about sustainable beekeeping and to raise awareness of how essential bees are to our everyday lives. Through workshops and courses, we aim to introduce interested people to the world of beekeeping, share our experience in setting up and managing an apiary, and also tell our story about the off-grid life in the countryside.
We conduct
sensory analysis of honey
We have a collection of over 100 honeys from Polish and international apiaries. Tasting them is not just a treat for the palate, it also allows us to teach how to recognize and appreciate the best honey varieties in the world. Moreover, we show which food products go best with different types of honey, opening up new culinary horizons for all cooking enthusiasts. We gained this knowledge at an
Italian Institute that brings together experts in the sensory analysis of honey.
Our collaboration with scientists allows us to continuously improve beekeeping equipment and promote apitherapy in Poland. We will gladly tell you who we are currently working with and what projects we are involved in.

We Bring You
Closer to the World of Bees
We have created a place that is welcoming not only to bees but also to people. In the shade of our wooden cottage, our home we love to host entire families. We know how to safely introduce children to the world of nature. Our little daughter actively participates in the workshops and meetings with her peers. For many of them, this is often their first close and tangible experience with
the countryside and nature.
Located away from the main roads, here you can hear the buzzing of bees, along with the sounds of grazing sheep and birdsong every day. It`s worth visiting us with the whole family, for example, during a trip to Cracow, Zakopane or Babia Góra which are located roughly within an hour drive from our place.

running your own apiary
We invite everyone who wants to take their first step into the beekeeping adventure. You can see the work of a beekeeper firsthand and find out if this role suits you. We’ll offer advice on how to choose a location for your first hive, what essential accessories you need, and how much it costs to set up an apiary. You can even place your hive with us, and we`ll take care of it together.
We are eager to help those who wish to deepen their knowledge, seek expert advice, or share experiences.
